Christina has extensive experience in leadership, quality management, biosafety, regulatory and compliance and has a passion for enhancing systems and processes to deliver great outcomes. Originally trained in biochemistry Christina has a background spanning 25 years in both private and public sectors and has held senior management roles across a range of industries including health, government, manufacturing and pharmaceutical. Christina is experienced in business improvement, change management, product development, continuous improvement (six sigma, lean manufacturing), quality management and health and safety.

Christina is joining us from a Science to Impact Director role and previously Quality Director with ESR. Over the last few years has led the NZ wide Covid laboratory testing response for the Ministry of Health during the pandemic.

Christina is based in Wellington and oversees all business management and operational services and will have a key focus on leading the support team, our business strategy and our operating model, financial management, operational management, project management and reporting to our Governance Advisory Board.
