Jan is a HASANZ registered Health and Safety Practitioner, Grad member of NZISM and holds a Diploma in Health and Safety with more than 18+ years health and safety experience in a diverse range of industries including Government/Construction/Waste/ Recycling/Aviation and Food Manufacturing. Jan specialises in contractor management, worker engagement, H&S auditing, risk management, injury management, H&S training and mentoring. Jan is adept at building relationships with a diverse array of individuals from executives to workers and contractors alike. She thoroughly enjoys working closely with people in operational roles and relishes opportunities to collaborate with managers and supervisors to assist and provide guidance on their Health and Safety (H&S) initiatives helping them navigate and excel in this aspect of their work.

Jan is part of NZISM Mentoring Programme and is a former member of the Wellington NZISM Branch H&S Committee. Jan has a proven history of motivating teams at all levels to create positive and sustainable change. Jan is based on the Kapiti Coast in Wellington.
