Sheree has 10 years experience in health and safety across multiple areas including HealthCare, Education, Adventure Tourism and Events Management, and Corporate sectors. Sheree draws upon significant practical experience of business ownership in the Early Childcare Industry and Adventure Tourism/ Event Management Industry, as well as business advisory and Health and Safety Inspectoral roles for Department of Labour.

Sheree holds a Diploma in Social Practice, a NEBOSH Diploma and NEBOSH International General Certificate in International Health and Safety (IGC), NEBOSH Health and Wellbeing Certificate, Certificate in Adult Learning and Education, formal auditor qualifications and is a registered Health and Safety Professional with NZISM and HASANZ.

Sheree’s approach is to work alongside business teams (training and/or consultancy space) to build their capabilities and knowledge of H&S compliance requirements and enabling them to take ownership. This is achieved by reviewing or implementing customised health and safety management systems, identifying organisational wide training needs, and transitioning team members from varying degrees of confusion and frustration of health and safety requirements, to a space of confidence, understanding and ownership of a systematic and effective management system that overall improves the performance of their business. Sheree is based in Northland.
